STRANGE HAPPENINGS IN SLO,

It is mid-August, and I am really excited about my new novel, Strange Happenings in S.L.O.! I've been working really hard on it recently, and I am happy to say that it really is coming together. Although I don't have a release date (yet), I am hoping to have it out in the world by the end of the year.
My first novel, Sub-Marine was an adventure/sci-fi story about two brothers who go on an incredible adventure with their mentor. If you haven't already, I highly recommend checking it out, especially if you are between the ages of 13 and 18.
This time, I will be focusing on Christianity, leaning deep into practical spiritual living. The setting will be San Louis Obisbo, California, in 1989. The main characters will be Ivan, an academic surfer and local, and Peter, a newcomer to S.L.O. who has a mysteriously carefree attitude and a delightful scheme to unite all people. The is a buddy-love story, which means that it explores the dynamic between the characters as they live parallel lives that occasionally intersect.
